The Kinetico HT45 is designed to meet the special needs of the restauranteurs. Constructed of materials with high heat tolerance, the HT45 provides a consistent, dependable source of hot, soft water at temperatures up to 65°C.
Water treated by the HT45 can actually improve the effectiveness of dishwashing detergents.
Application
Restaurants located in large buildings often have little control over water supply or quality. The HT45 is designed to provide hot, soft water directly at the point of use - the dishwashing machines.
The 23 LPM continuous flow rate is adequate for use with single rack, commercial dishwashing machines. The compact design allows mounting under standard height dish tables
Operation
Kinetico Water Conditioners use a twin tank design to assure that treated water is always available. When one tank regenerates, the other suppliers treated water.
Kinetico HT45 Softeners are designed for upflow service (water flows from the bottom of the tank up through the media for treatment) and downflow regeneration (brine flows down through the media to regenerate it).
A check valve should be installed between the softener and the booster heater to guard against hot water back flow.
